Hi, I'm Mario and I am the founder of Made4More Consulting/Coaching. My mission is simple: to leave people better than when I first met them. It’s not just a tagline—it’s my driving purpose in life and work.

The Journey
My journey has been a blend of leadership, mentorship, and transformation. It began in the fast-paced world of retail, where I started as a General Manager at Finish Line. Over time, I grew into roles as a Manager Trainer and Market Leader, honing my skills in building teams and empowering individuals to reach their potential.
​
But my heart was always drawn to something more. That calling led me to become a Youth Pastor, and eventually a Campus Pastor, where I served for 14 incredible years. Those years shaped my belief that everyone is created for more than they often realize, and I committed my life to helping others uncover and achieve their "more."

In launching Made4More, everything I’ve experienced and learned has come together. Now, I partner with individuals, teams, and organizations to help them thrive. Whether it’s leadership coaching, team development, or organizational coaching, business coaching, my goal is always the same: to make you and those around you better.

When I’m not working, you’ll often find me spending time with family, my friends, reading some kind of leadership book, recording a podcast, looking for the best steak or burger, and always looking for ways to grow & connect.​
